fastlane 2.26.1 업데이트 후

안녕하세요.
혹시 fastlane 사용하시는 분도 계신가요?
fastlane을 2.26.1로 업데이트하고 나서 fastlane 명령을 실행하면

[15:25:46]: Could not find fastlane in current directory. Make sure to have
your fastlane configuration files inside a folder called "fastlane". Would you like
to set fastlane up? (y/n)
y
[15:25:52]: Couldn't automatically detect the platform

이 메세지가 뜹니다. 업데이트 전에는 잘 되었었는데… 프로젝트 폴더에서 실행한 것이고,
위의 메시지를 따라 폴더를 생성해도 빈 fastlane폴더만 생성되고 작동이 되질 않네요…
혹시 아시는 분 계신가요? ㅠㅠ
